Eligibility

This reward is available exclusively to Sona members. To qualify as a Sona member, you must:

Be eligible to receive Sona's services through your employer, or as a spouse, partner, or dependent of someone eligible to receive Sona's services from their employer.
Download the Sona app and create a Sona account.

How to earn

Download the Sona app, create an account, and complete one substantive conversation (i.e., beyond greetings and lasting at least 2 minutes) on each of three separate calendar days. Once you've met this requirement, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to claim your $25 gift card.

To earn an additional $50 gift card, complete one substantive conversation on or after day 15 from the date of your first qualifying conversation. You will receive a separate email with instructions on how to claim this reward once the requirement is verified.

Limitations

This offer is limited to one $25 gift card and one $50 gift card per Sona member. Multiple registrations by the same individual, including through different email addresses or accounts, are not permitted.

Pelago reserves the right to verify that program requirements have been completed before issuing a reward.
