How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Ember account and associated data, please follow these steps:
Steps to Request Deletion
- Send an email to our support team at the address below with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

- The email address associated with your Ember account
- Your full name as it appears in the app
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Wait for confirmation. Our team will verify your identity and process your request. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account profile information (name, email address)
- Your goals, habits, and personal growth plans
- Chat history and conversations with the AI coach
- Progress tracking data and achievements
- App preferences and settings
- Any other personal data you provided to the app
Data Retention
We are committed to deleting your data promptly and completely.
Deletion Timeline
Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within:
30 days of your requestNote: Certain records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. These records are kept in accordance with applicable laws and are not used for any other purpose. After the retention period, all remaining data will be permanently deleted.
Important Information
- Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
- Processing time may vary, but you will receive confirmation within 30 days.
